“they are very experienced roofer. I had water leak started in June 2024. I called HOA and they sent a contractor down but didn't fix. I called another roofer. He came and found some issues with ridge vent but he still didn't fix the leak. At last a friend recommended me to contact R & R Roofing. Rob submitted photos and paperwork to my insurance company to convince them to replace the roof in full - he was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their foreman and workers were professional and efficient and did a good job, including cleanup - some minor siding damage which occurred during the roof replacement was repaired at no additional cost. “This is the 3rd time we have used Details & Dixon. Each time the crew (s) were professional, efficient, courteous, and told us what and how they were going to perform the service.
The 1st 2 times were for window cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The latest was for house washing by Tate and Dylan.
Each crew was very customer service oriented and it seemed they tried to outdo each other in the customer service department.
