I’ve been going here for a good while. The professionalism and quality of care that Dr.Tafte and his team provide is outstanding. There is also a place for your child to play right outside your exam room, they will feel right at home.
You can schedule right on their main page which makes it so easy to work around your schedule, I would also recommend giving Leanne a try in massage therapy. She has magic hands.

Dr Jon is a fantastic chiropractor and human being! I started going to him for adjustments last year because I was at my wits end with hip pain from a past injury. One adjustment made the world of difference; the pain was gone! I had hesitated in my quest in finding a new chiropractor because I didn’t want to be pushed and pressured into doing a set schedule for weeks on end and or buying unnecessary products. Dr Jon just wants you to come in and get some help and he truly cares about your well-being and what’s going on. I will always have pain and some issues with my injury, but he keeps me going and feeling SO much better. I am ever so grateful to have found him!
Plantar Fasciitis GONE!! 6 sessions and Dr. Jon Taffe’s stretching program cured me of over 2 years of Plantar Fasciitis. I have dealt with Plantar Fasciitis on and off over the last 25 years. This last bout was not going away and was very painful. However, now I am pain free and much less cranky ! ? If you’re having foot pain like I did, check out Apple Valley Chiropractic.
