Our furnace was out on a very cold day and Paul was able to come quickly to figure out what was wrong. He explained everything so that I could understand exactly what he was talking about.He was also able to install a brand new furnace the same day. They have excellent customer service and customer support. Paul was also able to work with me with inhouse financing.
Paul was my second or third opinion on the issues with my HVAC system, but I chose to go with this company not only based on price, but because Paul cared enough to take the time and extra effort to show, teach, and explain to me exactly what I was looking at and the reasons behind it.
