Dr. Kuebelbeck always makes a point of catching up and making us feel like valued clients. They also give you estimates that they stick to if you need more extensive care.

Nice and friendly people. But treatment plans and diagnosises leave much to be desired.
Brought a 18 year old elderly cat in that wasn't eating, started giving me a discussion about putting her down.
Spit balled some ideas off the vet but mostly he said nothing could be done.
After using first principles and previous test data I got from there I was able to extrapolate my own treatment plan and now she's back to mostly baseline eating and stronger than she's been for months.
Use them for lab results and other eyes, but you have to do the doctoring yourself for the most part.
I bring 2 dogs to Rum River, including one who HATES going to the vet, to the point of having to be sedated, or at least did until her experience there. Now she actually seems to enjoy it. I don't know how they do it. Amazing vets and techs.
