Phenomenal service. We had a gas regulator leak that needed to be replaced; gas turned off at Fri at 10PM in Feb. They not only took our call that late but they had someone at our house before 9AM the next morning. Friendly and supportive as well.

My family and I had our AC unit go out this summer unexpectedly and desperately needed AC again. I made the call to Pierce Refrigeration and they helped me in a huge way. John and Josh were great to work with and went out of their way to help me. They sent Don out to do the install and he went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to make sure that we had AC going into a hot weekend. He spent countless hours problem solving and working until the job was complete. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have used John and Josh (Trish at front desk) for 20 years and my dad used them before that. They work hard and really really know their business. They've been doing it forever and if anyone can fix it install heating and air-conditioning they can cuz they have done it a thousand times before. They are not the cheapest guy on the street but they are not out of line. You get what you pay for and they are WORTH EVERY DIME. I use them personally and for my business.
