My well pump went out aprx 9:30 am Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Mork was called after another local company was not sure when they could be available.The office girl was friendly and took my info, gave me an idea of POSSIBLE costs for pump replacement, and said someone would get back to me soon, but their crews were fairly busy. Within 1/2 hour I was called by a work crew and told VERY LIkELY someone could be available in a few hours, but depends on how current jobs go. 1.5 hours later another call from Mork Well Matt & Collin says we'll be there to check it out within the hour. Same day service when we had no running water. Matt and Collin diagnosed the problem quickly, had the needed part in their truck, and replaced the faulty pump—with new wiring—in an hour. So courteous and willing to answer our questions. Thank you!
