Oak Realty is a business that values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer care. The company prides itself on providing creative marketing and utilizing new technology to help clients find the right properties. One client had a great experience with Steve Bruggeman and his team. Steve was flexible in scheduling a visit and prompt in providing comparable properties and a price recommendation. He was willing to adjust his recommendation to accommodate the client's wishes. Steve took his own photos of the property, including using a drone for outside shots and a Matterport to create an interactive view of the inside. He was responsive to texts and went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready to sell. Another client had a positive experience with Jenna. They have worked with her multiple times for sales and purchases of properties and have found her to be attentive, available, and hardworking. Even when a purchase didn't work out, Jenna continued to fight for the client. A third client has worked with Steve since 2000 on several properties. They found the process of buying and selling real estate to be smooth and easy with Steve and his team. They were always responsive and available, making the clients feel supported throughout the process. Overall, Oak Realty is a business that values its clients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The team is professional, responsive, and willing to accommodate clients' needs. They utilize the latest technology to provide creative marketing and help clients find the right properties.
