Patrick was incredibly patient with us, even as we made a few changes along the way. Once the project was finalized, the crew did an outstanding job bringing the design to life. Very polite and professional. Transparent and willing to discuss anything and everything about their procedures to achieve the goal of completing the project you have. The deck looks amazing and we are enjoying it for every moment we can the rest of this year. Avery at Rock Solid is very punctual and quick at responding if you reach out at any time. Rock Solid also does our irrigation maintenance and we have not had any issues we have had with other irrigation maintenance companies(lack of communication and poor quality of seasonal tasks).
