If you are looking for an honest company with no upselling, Riccar is the company to call. Our air conditioner was not working well during a recent heatwave. Riccar was able to get to us within 24 hours of us calling. Phones are answered by people, not automated services. In less than an hour Pat had our unit working again. We were afraid the verdict was going to be to immediately replace the AC. Pat made a few recommendations/suggestions to keep our HVAC working properly.

Woke up this morning to a cold house. Made a call to the main Riccar number and followed the prompts for emergency service. Zach picked up the call and said he would be here within the hour. He arrived and while troubleshooting the issue was open to conversation to explain what he was doing. He was able determine the control board was bad and not sending power to exhaust blower motor.
Lucky for me Zach had the part on his truck. l called at 8:00 am and had heat by 9:30 am.
Thank you Riccar!
