“Dr Nancy Simmons was great, she explained everything to me and was listening and monitoring the tech as I got my Digital Retinal Imaging done. I will return for my eye exam here next year. I really felt the Dr Simmons was not just going through the motions but really cared about giving me the best eye exam. I will not purchase glasses here anymore, the sales person lied to me. Funny thing is I would have made the same purchase without the lies. I hate high pressure sales tactics with lies so I will be purchasing my glasses elsewhere. in the future.“

“I had a pair of Zeiss custom made readers shipped with +3's and the pale gold hue in ultra thin glass. Dave got in the blanks and custom made them to my specs with the frames and FedEx'd them to my home and they beat anything you can buy at CostCo with the cheap chinesium frames. They are perfect and will work well until I have my cataract surgery done. He called me from the Anoka Store so the credit should go there. I am super happy and I am a bit of a pain as nothing short of right is right.“

Well I would find it hard to believe that I could have had a better experience than before but I was wrong. Dave and his team are hands down the place to go. I had broken my old pair after work and Dave said I could stop in and not only did he repair my old glasses and squeeze me in for an updated eye exam but also gave me such a good deal on a replacement pair of my glasses I had dropped in a lake 2 weeks after I got them. So grateful that I found this place.“

“Almost went some ware else because I've seen Dr. Petronack in Hugo MN for years - However he is worth the drive. Always does a GREAT job of taking care of me and my needs ( Top Notch Guy ) The staff did a great job as well getting me set up , they even fixed up my old glasses for me - can't say enough about this experience everone was GREAT !!! UPDATE said it could take up to three weeks for glasses to be done - got them in 6 days :-)“
