“Our daughter's furnace in New Brighton completely failed this December 2024. Called Bob at Action Heating knowing the furnace needed replacing. He gave us a good and fair quote, but more importantly quickly ordered the new furnace. Within 5 days, 4 guys, including both owners came at 7am. The old furnace, old central air unit {which needed to be replaced anyway} were removed and new units were installed by 11:30 am. The Carrier furnace is working fine and whisper quiet. All 4 guys were more than chatty, which was nice, People might want to consider a medium size company like this instead of just calling the giants right away. -Steve“

“Last January our furnace stopped working. Sharpe sent someone out as quickly as they could and got us running again. It was just the igniter. We felt the service was great and the bill was reasonable.Then last week we woke up and discovered our furnace had stopped running at about 3 AM and the house was down to about 48 degrees. This time it was because it needed a cleaning which had never been done. Again Sharpe dispatched someone who arrived mid-morning and get us running quickly.One thing that I really liked is that they know how to communicate and don't make you wonder what's going on or when they will arrive. They do large commercial jobs as well as residential but I didn't feel any less important to them.“
