HealthPartners Riverway Clinic Andover is a smaller clinic where doctors remember patients and their medical histories. The doctors and physician assistants are thorough, careful listeners who drive for results. The pediatricians are especially good. While waits can sometimes occur, the urgent care's "save your spot" feature is beneficial with accurate wait times. Staff are compassionate and professional, making it a highly recommended clinic and a good neighborhood urgent care.
Have always had good experiences here, especially with the pediatricians. Sure, we may have had to wait a little bit sometimes, but that is what you get with a smaller clinic. You also get doctors that remember you and your family and your medical histories. The urgent care "save your spot" has also been very beneficial and pretty accurate wait time.
Two starts because I actually got helped, but after a stressful experience with the receptionist(s). The lady that I spoke to at the desk, was very rude. Instead of telling me she couldn’t hear in the beginning, she and her co-worker mock me to my face. She tells me to go sit, and still hear them talking about me. I feel that’s super unprofessional!! If someone else were to hear or just know my business in general because of them and their inability to respect my privacy, then I’d do more than a review. I've been going here for 16 years and never have run into any problems with staff or doctors. My doctor takes the time to review my chart so she is familiar with my health concerns. I feel I'm getting good medical care with a consistent provider.
