On Saturday, November 18, I went to Great Clips in Andover. This was my first time having anyone other than a traditional “men’s barbershop” cut my hair. Ashley cut my hair and did a FANTASTIC job. Without a doubt the best haircut I’ve had in years. She used a scissors to cut my hair and it’s so much thicker than when cut by the electric shears used by the barbershop. Why didn’t I make this switch years ago? I highly recommend Great Clips and especially having your hair cut by Ashley.

Love the usual ladies there, they do a great job. However, somebody new gave me a haircut this time and completely screwed it up. I’m not really sure how she could mess it this bad but I had to go to a different great clips location to get it fixed and it took them a good 30 minutes to fix my hair. They knew exactly who messed it Up too so it definitely wasn’t the first time she did this… They did the best they could but now my hair is screwed up for a wedding I’m going to this weekend. Again, I’m not trying to be negative because usually I get great service here but watch out for this new lady.

Been going to Great Clips in different locations in the Twin Cities for last 8 years. The location in Andover is exceptional with a friendly staff of employees when I starting going to this location last Sept 2021. Strongly suggest that you get the pre-order credits of haircuts to save on the cost and still allows you to tip the staff appropriately.
