Shout out to Bastian Well Service, Inc. came home to a pipe that burst in the basement and Bastian came out in less than 30 minutes on a holiday weekend and was honest, very reasonable and very kind. They were available to come out early the next day and were able to diagnose and replace my cracked and broken pump. Great crew who clearly knew what they were doing. They paid a lot of attention to details, including ensuring stirred up debris wasn’t clogging and creating problems after the water was back on. Helped troubleshoot a faulty kitchen faucet on top of everything. This was a complete replacement job and everything went smoothly. The owner stopped by to help his crew and did the electric work. I hope to not need them for quite some time again, but have their number and will recommend them to anyone.
