Apryl is an amazing Hairapist/hairstylist. She does a wonderful job, so much so I followed her from her previous Salon to this one. If you find a good hairstylist (which is very hard to find) it's beneficial to drive the extra distance. :) You won't regret going to see her for your haircare needs.

Just an over all very positive experience, Ralph worked well with insurance person and did an excellent job putting on our new roof. Crew worked fast and clean up was very good. If I needed more work done I'd call Ralph again.

He pays attention to every detail and recommended updates that would enhance the structure which wasn't visible before the ceiling came down. Hard working and professional . I am proud of the remodel as he has been in doing the work. My neighbors had work done with them and I benefited from their recommendations and experiences. Lonni has facilitated all aspects of the remodel planning process of the porch .Lonni has also helped me with two other small projects in a timely and skilled completion. Honesty, integrity and skill are the benchmarks of all of their work.

Ryan and his staff are great to work with! Ryan completed our deck and patio years ago. We used him again this past summer/fall to finish our basement, replace our floor upstairs, and put in French Doors! Our basement is absolutely perfect! The process was simple, the price didn’t change…we have no complaints and will use him again in the future!

We ran into issues with our city and our initial deck plans, but Patrick and the team were extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process. Born Carpentry recently replaced the roof and gutters on my home. The experience from my side could not have gone any better. After I initiated the claim with my home insurance, Tony worked through the details of the job meeting with the adjuster to go over the hail damage to my home. It was a huge relief having Tony on my side to ensure that all of the damage was accounted for and brought to the attention of the adjuster.
The day that the job was done was incredibly smooth. The dumpster showed up early in the morning along with the crew. Tear off began immediately and the roofing materials arrived a couple of hours later. By 4:30 in the afternoon the work was done and all debris cleaned up. The dumpster was picked up early evening and after it was gone, there was no trace of evidence they were here... other than the beautiful new roof on my home!

I’ve been coming to this fantastic Sam’s for 3 years. I’ve had different stylists with different ways of doing things.. one thing they all have in common is they are respectful, kind, willing to give feedback back and advice(not all of us know what looks good for our face shape) they help with that. . They have good conversation and good music.. and one last thing… I’ve never left disappointed. Every time I go in I’m always 100% satisfied with the service. I’m not someone who gets the same thing done so the fact they are so versatile is nice: I would 10/10 recommend any stylist for hair and wax also anyone new. They all ROCK!! ❤️❤️
Online checkin system works well. You set up your arrival time and select which person you want your haircut from or you choose first available. System maintains notes about prior cut instructions so anyone could give you your same clipping. Staff is friendly. Facilities pretty much all look the same.
They usually busy and they do a good job on your hair it's suggested that if you don't check in online that you may have to wait a half hour or so

Karina is an artist. She did my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. It came out so beautifully, better than any of us even hoped. She was fun to spend the morning with doing hair, and was incredibly calm and professional. 10 out of 10.

With all the rain we’ve had, our sump pump stopped working, and we called Ryan (we’ve worked with him in the past and his work is excellent). He was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice, came out and replaced our 15-plus-year-old sump pump and saved us from a very wet basement. Ryan is honest, fair, dependable, and a really nice person; we will definitely keep using his services. If you are needing plumbing services give him a call, we highly recommend!

Dr. Levy is simply marvelous. She's straightforward and provides real answers to heal your pet vs subscribe medications to make a buck. Our pup was always itchy when we moved here and Dr. Levy gave us a system we could follow at home with supplements. She recommended numerous places to find great raw food and our pup loves it too. Of course we had issues with the transistion and Dr. Levy was very calm about it all, gave simple advice and our girl was back to normal in no time without the drama of $$$$ overnight stays, medications and fear mongering most places try to sell you. Just go see her.
I am so glad that we chose Andover Animal Hospital, for their end of life service they provided for my 22 year old cat. They are very compassionate, during this very difficult time. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately brought to a private room. To leaving the facility out the private back door. A Shout out to Erin, she explained the process to us so thoroughly, and was transparent about everything. She was so compassionate about our situation. she gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Biscuit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, under the circumstances.
