Called Steve at 8:30 in the morning for non-functioning furnace. He had a crew out within an hour. Eric and Tony worked diligently in an attempt to resuscitate our 38 year old furnace but with no help from Lennox it was not meant to be. They left heaters so the house would not get too cold and Tony and Greg returned in the afternoon to install a new furnace at a fair price. Everybody was kind, conscientious, clean and neat. Olsen heating came out and replaced the fan motor on our air conditioner. We were very thankful for how fast they responded and got it done. We had them replace our air conditioning system several years ago too when ours got hit with lightning.
