We had water damage at our lake cabin. They showed up the next day after we called our insurance agent. They told us throughout the project that they were there to serve us and make us happy. They did a wonderful job, in a timely manner, and we really could not be happy with the job they did.
While we were in Alaska we had a water issue in our home. It was discovered by a "plant waterer" on a Sunday morning and by nightfall most of the damaged materials were under control. TJ and crew did a wonderful job getting as much of our property rescued from the water as was possible and removed any wet walls, ceiling, flooring, cabinets, etc that needed to be attended to. After that portion of the job was completed, we had extremely helpful guidance on how to proceed on the rebuilding side of things from Chris. Dani and Ty are amazing. They both kept me up to date after my house had a fire. Everything with the cleaning went so smoothly and I am very happy to be able to go home and not worry. Thanks ServPro!
