Larry has helped me recover and gain alot of strength and mobility after several injuries. His training helped me gain back a quality of life I wasn't sure I would regain back and enjoy things in life again I had to give up due my injuries.

I joined Medifit to try to mend my sciatic nerve. After going to a chiropractor for 6 weeks without much improvement, having Larry work with
Me for 2 weeks, my sciatic nerve has improved to the point that I am no longer in pain. Thanks Larry

Larry is amazing when it comes to working out with the kiddos. My son has Autism and Larry has him do workouts that he knows my son will understand. He also has helped me build confidence in myself as before I started working out with him I didn't believe I could do anything. Now I have set goals for myself and I'm slowly accomplishing each one. I couldn't ask for a better trainer for my son and I than Larry.
