Allstate Insurance has treated me well overall, but Jody is why I stay with them. She is incredibly helpful with claims I've had, and always has the answers to questions I have from adding my wedding rings to the policy or figuring out coverage for a custom vehicle.
We have been with Jody for a few years now. Home and auto. She has always been great at explaining and answering questions. She is timely in returning calls and we trust she gets us the best rate possible. Most of all, she is real! Thanks for being awesome, Jody!
