In all honesty, I had reservations due to the mixed reviews, but I decided to take a chance. Having recently relocated to the area, my initial experience at Nails of Alex left me unimpressed. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly individual. Louis, my nail technician, initially came across as reserved and serious, but as we engaged in conversation and shared some lighthearted moments, his warm and humorous personality emerged. Sooooo friendly!By appointment only!They typically squeeze you in if you need something done in a timely manner. Minimal wait times usually if people schedule right over the phone. Staff is friendly, clean atmosphere, busy place! Favorite place for acrylic nails & pedicures!

What a terrific experience! Clean, relaxing, and cozy. Staff was more than accommodating to my 7 yr old daughter and I. Mani and pedi looked great and was affordable too! Thank you for a wonderful stress relieving day!
