We purchased a house last year that had previous bat activity in the attic, there was a LOT of bat guano left behind in the insulation. I discussed our options with Mike, and he was very up front about his pricing and what would be the best value for us cleaning out the insulation and disinfecting the area. They came out and disinfected, and re bat proofed the house. They are one of the only pest control companies we talked to that guaranteed their work. First experience with Mike Carter (owner) occured March 2021. He just happened to have an appointment with another customer in the Big Lake area, and didnt mind stopping by our residence to check and inspect for bats.We were in a pickle to find any pest company to solve our concern after multiple local companies either were booked out till mid-May or altogether lied about the services they offered. I had a mother bat and one or two babies living in my attic last spring. At bedtime they all came into the house to fly around —it was distressing! Mike came and sealed the points of entry and looked for additional entries and he even washed my high window—Nice man and his wife. I am grateful every night at bedtime.There is a 2 year warrantee for additional bat issues—hope I don’t need more. It was great, effective, and very expensive.
