my septic tank was full and the wash machine was bubbling up the toilets...Jim came out right away and pumped out the system, very professional and told me what he was doing and what was wrong in each step he did. great value on the price too. i would highly recommend him

Jim is a true professional. He answers all your questions honestly , with great concern and with great insight and integrity Quick to respond He shares his extensive knowledge and is up to date on the latest research and state rules and regulations very concerned about the environment. Goes way above and beyond. Provided me with a log book and literature. Can’t recommend him highly enough !

Marvin Lee, my father started Alexandria Sanitary Servicein 1972 and made a lot of great friends during his work in this field. In 1996 I started helping him in this business. His motto to me was, "Someday this will all be yours" and true to his words, after his passing in 1998, I have since had the privilege of continuing to serve the people of Douglas County.
