The waiting area is relaxing with a calming water feature and there is a welcome board where they had written the name of every client with an appointment that day! There is a big selection of hair care products to purchase. I appreciate the ability to book online; their website has very helpful info about each stylist including what they charge for a haircut, what they specialize in and the hours they are available. I chose to book with Shannon and she did not disappoint! She’s very welcoming, easy to talk to, gave me a nice hair wash/head massage and a great haircut! She gave me pointers about my hair, how to style it and gave me great product recommendations. I even went back for balayage coloring and she delivered exactly what we had discussed. “I got a women’s haircut with Mariya, I was nervous because she had the least reviews from what I could tell and none of which mentioned short haired clients. I was going pretty short to get rid of damaged hair and was super nervous she wouldn’t understand my idea as many older women I’ve experienced let their own biases for long hair get in the way. But she gave me a gorgeous cut exactly how I wanted and let me know her own thoughts on my ideas as well so that everything turned out. Highly recommend her!“

“Sue the manager is super sweet and amazing to work with. I needed a new set so bad and ended up making the wrong appointment. I booked a manicure instead of a full set.( Full sets take a lot more time)It was about 30min before closing time and Sue decided to stay an extra hour after closing time to do my full set. She made sure to let me know that she doesn’t mind staying longer to help me. She took her time with my nails and was so nice throughout the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend going there if you haven’t already.?“
