Mayo Clinic Health System - Health Reach

I have tried calling to cancel an appointment and I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. They want so many hours notice before an appointment but they don't answer the call. I find this very unprofessional for a business. Hire more people to answer the phone!

Lately, I have been reminded how great Health Reach was for me when I compare it to care I have received from other physical therapy centers. There is pretty much no comparison.

Several, several years ago Vern helped me through a horrific injury and complications, and so did Lisa. Kudos to you both. Neither of you gave up on me. You succeeded where others fail.
