Had a part go out on our furnace, it's cold and blizzarding out. I hunted around after work for this part no other place had it. I pulled up to Kelley and the closed sign was up.. I'm thinking great.. then the Kelley truck pulls into the lot, I hop out ask of they closed for the day i just need a sensor. Jim says, "yeah I sent the secretary home due to weather". But come on in let's see if we have your part. Yes, yes he did and it was a very reasonable rate. Outstanding hospitality and service.
