Johnson Heating & AC is highly recommended for furnace and AC replacement. Technicians like Cody, Charlie, and Todd worked tirelessly, answering questions and explaining the process in understandable language. They successfully replaced a 30+ year old furnace and AC unit, even saving Christmas by quickly replacing a furnace that had died. The team works well together, ensuring units are installed and working efficiently.
We needed to replace 30+ yr old furnace and AC unit. Worked with Lee in Sales, Don (Sheet Metal Fabricator) and Cody, Charlie and Todd as technicians. Everyone was great to work with, answered my questions in advance and during the installation, the techs worked tirelessly to get the units installed and working before they left. All of them answered my questions and explained the what/why to me in language I could understand. On the day of installation, Roy from Albert Lea Electric joined them for his side of the install and the four of them worked as a team. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
