“I highly recommend J&D. While visiting my mom, her furnace went out and it happened on the coldest day of the new year. Her house got down to 56 degrees overnight. I placed a call to their after hour service and they arrived within an hour, even after being told that they had many calls for service that same day. The service technician (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was fantastic! Very nice and professional. Something we don't find much of these days. I give them 5 stars for all categories. “Had a part go out on our furnace, it's cold and blizzarding out. I hunted around after work for this part no other place had it. I pulled up to Kelley and the closed sign was up.. I'm thinking great.. then the Kelley truck pulls into the lot, I hop out ask of they closed for the day i just need a sensor. Jim says, "yeah I sent the secretary home due to weather". But come on in let's see if we have your part. Yes, yes he did and it was a very reasonable rate. Outstanding hospitality and service.“
