I worked for a company that does their accounting and payroll and this place filed my taxes under a different social security number. I have been asking them to correct it sense January 2023 it's now July 2023. He keeps pushing me off and I am being penalized by the IRS. This place is so unprofessional it's unbelievable. I contacted my old employer and he never got back to me. I would absolutely not recommend anyone trust this place with their finances.

I saw them for my taxes this year and most years, and this year after I had a few questions on my return they mentioned that "they don't like doing small businesses" which is exactly what I am...so I asked them to not file because I wanted a second opinion...turns out they filed anyway. and now I have to pay my second opinion person for no reason...they are just rude old men with no customer service value. I will never go back.
