I love supporting family businesses and this is a good one. Great customer service and the technician that came out to service our septic was really nice about answering all our questions. I highly recommend!

Thank you Chris W and Meyer sewer service for helping us out today. Unfortunately we have a frozen drain field and needed our holding tank pumped. When the other guys wouldn’t help me Chris W called me and got right on it. With this weather our driveway is a challenge to get passenger cars up the hill with a turn let alone a 50 ton 2 axle with a tag axle truck. Meyer will have my business as long as they want it! I can’t say enough good things about them. I tried to stick with my normal company but I was put off many times, I understand between the cold and the snow these businesses are extremely busy but Chris made my problem his and jumped right on it. These guys are incredible. Got me in same day when my lift pump failed and my septic was overfull. The service man was prompt and courteous and was happy to show me the process. They were extremely thorough and backflushed to ensure as much of the solids were removed as possible. As much as I hate badmouthing people, the last time Pinky's came out they didn't pull much of the solids and they ended up in the second tank and burned out the pump. After seeing how these guys operate I'll never use anybody else. And the price was less than I was quoted on the phone! You've gained a lifetime lake Elmo resident. You guys rock!
