AC started to freeze up. Called Mast to see if they could fix for a decent price. However, the unit was so old and the cost started to snow ball. Mast quoted a replacement AC and furnace. I couldn’t argue with quoted price, equipment value, and the service provided. Install was quick, clean and painless.

The repair technician showed up a few hours after my first phone call to Mast Heating & Cooling. He identified the problem and discussed repair versus replacement. My furnace was 35 years old and needed replacement. I discussed the noise my old furnace made since it is right next to my living room. I was worried that this furnace would be just as noisy. The crew that installed my new furnace and air conditioner took the exhaust plenum apart and installed acoustic noise damping material inside the plenum. This was a very good idea and the noise from a same efficiency furnace was greatly reduced. Thank you John Hager
