In the last 2 years, my experience has been a nightmare. In almost every capacity, OTHER THAN my latest PCP,Things have been the worst mess imaginable.I NO longer attempt to use the emergency services through the E.R.The last time I did, the person working in that department, Joe C.,Was SO Verbally abusive toward me -I have a witness- and I left in a wheelchair and have never returned though I have very much needed emergency services since then. There have been numerous other difficulties with abusive andIncompetent staff.When I have called the number to speak with the woman in charge of complaints, ms. I met w/ Dr. Siddiqi for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly from the start and Dr. Siddiqi answered all of my questions and more with a follow up plan that I can feel good about.

I was seen by Connie Sanocki NP. Terrible bed side manor. She was very condescending and I felt rushed through the appointment. She talked to me in a way that made me feel she didn’t believe any of my concerns or past help with my old urologist who recently retired unfortunately. I can’t remember the name of the MA who saw me but she was wonderful and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars
