i will always love this store so much, the employees have never been anything but kind and are genuinely knowledgeable. it has a high variety of things and its reliable to get weekly things for pet care from like food or litter. its always clean and bright

Caitlin at Petsmart Ypsilanti is the best! She has been so patient with my grumpy, anxious old man dog. I love that Sam (my dog) has been able to establish a relationship with her and have a positive grooming experience every time he goes. Thanks to Caitlin (and a lot of treats) Sam is happy and well-groomed. He’s also not leaving as much fur everywhere he goes which is a huge bonus!
