Mitten's Pets is a highly recommended cat grooming and boarding service. They provide excellent care and attention to cats of all temperaments. Customers praise the friendly and patient staff who make the grooming experience positive for even shy cats. The staff are really great and have a genuine love for felines. The grooming services are top-notch, with options like the Lion Cut for managing long hair. Hannah is amazing and goes slow and gentle on cats that need it, working out clumps and shaving when necessary. The boarding facility also receives high marks, with staff offering regular updates and loving care for cats who may be hesitant around strangers, and they are always nice and accommodating, even with difficult cats.
Wow! Exceptional service, took my guy back and trimmed his nails in a very short time period. Pleasant service, friendly and will be coming back with Mr.LT.Dan from now on! Thanks again!
I recently took my cat to Mitten's Pets for her first-ever grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She had several mats, but the staff was incredibly understanding and non-judgmental. They handled her with care, and my cat had a very positive experience. The grooming was thorough and professional. Overall, I highly recommend Mitten's Pets for their excellent service and compassionate approach to pet grooming. My cat and I will definitely be returning!
