I just transferred to MI Heart because we moved into the area from Henry Ford Jackson where Dr Jonovich saved my life 3 years ago! I was assigned to Dr who looks very young. I was very surprised when she knew of all my heart history without me opening my mouth! Today, after transferring several times in the past few years, most often they were too busy to look up my history! Kudos to looking forward to several years within her service!

Yikes! Looks like people are all experiencing similar problems! The person answering the phone desperately needs some sort of training. I totally understand being overworked, but you don’t have to take it out on customers. Just really rude and unprofessional. Probably not the *best* look to make customer’s heart rate spike when they’re on the phone with the actual heart doctor. You get 2 stars because the service industry sucks and I get it.

Michigan heart pleasant experience nurses were awesome . Dr Karnib was excellent she listened to my symptoms and went over EKG with me and doing further testing . Over all I give them highest rating
