I was built here! Nate gave me a opportunity nobody else would give me. This gym is for everybody!!! Esp for athlete’s! You have to come and experience the vibe... it’s different no ego in there
This is not planet fitness/LA fitness. This is a local community centered gym that is welcome to anyone. If you want to get in shape/feel better and be held accountable (in a good way) your money will be well spent at HHFG. Nate and West are extremely talented and kind trainers. They will coach to your personal needs and push you to do more than you thought possible.
Everyone you must check it out!!! This gym is diversly friendly and very motivating! Im learning that working with a trainer is more efficient than going to a gym and working out on my own.. I honestly feel that this type of training has motivated me into wanting to eat healthier, excersize more, and I feel more enegetic as well!
