When Paul came over to get measurements I mentioned that I have a very anxious dog. It blew me away when I met Scott on day of installation and he said Paul had mentioned my anxious dog, and suggested a quick meet/greet to help sooth my pups anxiety. How incredibly thoughtful!

Installation was super painless and I have received many compliments already on my flooring!

Prices were very reasonable, in my opinion, as were the terms of payment.

“All the samples that you could buy online would likely be here in store, even if they are out of stock. That's really good for comparing. We ordered online, but think it would have been better to just come into the store since the samples are small. Our sample of Potomac Point Maple was lighter than the larger section of store flooring but we still liked it the most. It was relatively cheap with all the features we needed and the color was very nice.

However, when we were looking at the flooring the rep began talking us out of the floor we wanted. He told us that its not durable enough and that we should get a floor with a much higher wear layer. He then showed us flooring that was twice as expensive and not a good color. I guess he didn't know that we had already decided between our 12 samples from 4 stores. So, we left and went with our second choice from another store which did have a better wear layer.

LL Flooring has many choices and the lighting was good to see the flooring near the sun. I was glad that the floor I wanted was in the showroom even though it was not in stock.“
