Technician called as promised on day of service informing me he was on his way. He used covers on his shoes, and protected trim with plastic corners. The area looks clean and smells fresh. I’ll use them again.

We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but this time we did some research. Nothing beats the Zerorez system. Josh did a fantastic job cleaning two main floor rooms and two hallways. He paid special attention to some areas with stubborn stains. The stains disappeared and our carpets have never been cleaner, and the rooms smell great too. We couldn't be happier with the service!

Technician Josh was fantastic from the start. He called to let me know his approximate arrival time. When he did arrive, very polite and he took the time to explain the process to me and my options. I was mostly concerned with pet stains. He was incredibly thorough and I’m very hopeful that the treatments work (just completed 20 minutes ago). At this point, I would definitely recommend your services! Thank you!
