Been going here over 12 years now, never had any problems, my recent eye appointment you could tell the dr was a little bit frustrated, but not with me, with the fact i didn’t wear my glasses like i was supposed to so my vision didn’t improve ! It was more of a frustration for my eyesight not for me. Always been treated with respect, no one had a problem with my 4 year old being in there with me. Surprised they have bad reviews at all. Front desk “socializes” with each customer, ive never been ignored, you just simply have to wait for them to finish up with a customer :)

My sister and I went in today and absolutely loved how kind and caring the staff was. The lady’s at the front desk were very attentive, even gave a reminder for our mom to come in. It was an extra plus the doctor had a good sense of humor.
