Lamphear very recently installed a new Trane high efficiency heat pump to replace our old heat pump and wood furnace. The crew were very professional did a great job installing a somewhat complicated system. I would highly recommend them for any installs of this type. They tolerated my questions, which were many during the installation as I am a retired Electrical Engineer with Industrial Refrigeration experience.

We were motivated to get a Mitsubishi Mini-Split installed in our recently purchased house in Lakeview, MI. Out in the rural area where we live, propane is VERY expensive. We had a mini-split in our previous house, and were very impressed with it's efficiency. The electric bills were not excessive, and it kept our house really warm. After getting several bids, we selected Lamphear Service Company (from the Grand Rapids area) to install it. Their price was amazing! We had to wait a few months until they had it in stock again (the unit is now made by Mitsubishi/ Trane) since it was so popular. Lamphere consistently exceeded our expectations. EVERY employee from there was incredibly nice, and a pleasure to deal with. The company was honest, thorough, and experienced at installing these mini-splits. Now that our unit is up and running, we are SO happy with it, and glad that we used Lamphere to buy it from. Knowing that they were a Better Business Bureau member gave us additional peace of mind. We highly recommend them!
