“Comforcare is helping me keep my mom safe. She has Dementia and sundowning. She is at risk in the early evenings before I get home from work of wandering off. A caregiver stops by when she gets dropped off from the day center at PACE and stays with her until I get home. The caregiver most days, *****, is super! She gets mom off the bus, settled in to the house and grabs her a bite to eat while she tidies things up or does laundry... And the office is so good at communicating any changes with me. I couldn't have done it without them.“
