It could have been one of several things wrong with my laptop, but it ended up being the motherboard and not worth fixing. He showed me how to get the data off the hard drive. This was no charge because he was unable to fix. He kept me in the loop thru the whole process. I will come back again when I encounter my next pc problem.

He is truly a life saver! My home burned down and i was sure i lost all my files due to my laptop being in such bad condition. He recovered all of my files!!! It took some time but with patience it was like i did not lose anything. My laptop had all my work files, im just so happy that i found him. Pricing was also great did not try to overcharge me. Great service!!

Great guy... does quality work and seems to know Microsoft like the back of his hand. He walked me through repairing my computer without looking at a screen. Just knew where to go and what to do . Thanks!!
