“We used Mitten Floral for our wedding a couple weeks ago, and we highly recommend! They were professional, responsive and affordable as far as florists go! They were also very creative and a huge help in making our vision come to life. We sat down with Monique and after we described what we were looking for she narrowed in on the adjective “whimsical” and found us photo references for every piece we wanted, and a photo for every single kind of flower she would plan on using. It was fun to be part of the process! They also offer a pickup option for the day of, which went so smoothly and helped us save a couple bucks. Not sure when I’ll need flowers again, but if I do, I’ll be using Mitten Floral! (not pictured: bud vases and a floral pocket boutonniere for the groom)“

“TO ANY EMPLOYEES OR PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS JOB; Any other company would be better than Encore, I wouldn't do it. Their so-called "bosses" are extremely unprofessional. Like someone else said in the reviews, the higher up employees are rude and lack empathy for other humans. They are cliquey and unfair to the employees who do all their work for them, as they just stand there and gossip about people behind their back. Also they tell you one thing then later, when you get in trouble for doing it wrong they deny saying anything and can't handle taking any responsibility for THEIR mistake. If that's not bad enough, I watched them send bad product everyday that looks like it will fall off the stick before it reaches the store. This whole company is built on ideals that don't match the new ideals at all. I don't think anyone would be affected if this "business" shut down for good. Their other location has already shut down, this one will go right down the drain with it. But they wonder why they can't get an employee to stick around for long. It is by far the worst management I've ever encountered. I would not recommend Encore“
