“This is to show appreciation to the staff at the Kalamzoo and 68th street location. Upon entering, it was very clean and the employee Christine, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to my business needs. Christine normally works at the Breton location but is helping cover another employee who's on vacation for 2 weeks. By the way she carried herself, I thought Christine was management but she corrected my assumption and said she's been here for about 1-1/2 years. I find it important to show recognition and appreciation to individuals who deserve it and this lady deserves all that! She represents this small business in a very professional manner and takes good care of each customer and their needs. I do not personally know Christine as this is the 1st time we've met. I just want to share a happy review. It's hard to find help like this these days. I'll definitely be back.“

“I dance for a living so I always have to get my dance suits and pants hemmed, fixed holes , etc. I've tried a few places but the service here is the best so far. 1. They've done really good with my clothes so far. 2. When I needed something done for a ballroom comp in a few days they got it done for me in2 days. 3. I ripped a favorite pair of pants and they patched those things up really well. 4. Price is good. The closest place to me is 5-7 more per item and takes longer .“

“Stopped in this morning for the first time. Very clean, the associate was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me feel right at home, helped me get set up. They have a lot of machines. They have great seating areas, tables and chairs to read or write at. Slightly more cost wise, but not that much. Wull be back.“

“They recently updated all of their machines their dryers are the faster ones of the 3 places I've gone too, they don't have any regular size loads and prices are a bit up for washers but decent for the dryers“
