Designers Dugout Barbershop is a friendly barbershop with very friendly staff and an owner who makes clients, including children, feel welcome and never out of place. The barbers are really nice and really good, with one gentleman barber specifically noted for being understanding and professional. For one family, their young son behaves much better and enjoys his haircuts a lot more here than at other shops, especially with a particular barber, and he loves receiving a little prize at the end. While one interaction with a staff member over a styling preference was awkward, the barber who handled the haircut was respectful and defended the client's decision. The experience was positive enough that clients plan to return and definitely recommend the shop.

My 3 year old just loves slim we have took him to several other barber shops and he is naughty and won’t sit still . But when we take him to Dug out and Slim he seems to do a lot better and behaves himself and enjoys his haircuts a lot more. Plus he gets a little prize at the end from the owner and he loves it! Very friendly staff and owner . Never feel out of place .
