my fiance and I lived here for the first time here eventaully we had to move out but Heres some good facts about this places It's a really good apartment yall I used to live here first apartment ever moved into here everyone nice maintenance are great the leasing off is awesome any problems they fix it in a snap! If you like big space kitchen bedroom living rooms with your own wash and dryer excellent! this is for you! thank you Chateaul Village and deer view for your time and for letting us live here for the last 14 months we will miss this place but glad to find a new home enjoy the new residency as we continue our new chapter at our new home farewell❤

This apartment complex is in a decent location, with upcoming shops and eateries within walking distance. The apartments aren’t directly facing a busy street and are constructed in a way that gives some privacy between neighboring buildings. The property is clean, and well maintained. Appliances are in good condition or get replaced immediately if not. During my eight years of stay, the staff were very responsive and professional. Whenever I had even a non-emergency repair request or concern, the team would typically resolve it within a couple of days if not within 24 hours.
