my fiance and I lived here for the first time here eventaully we had to move out but Heres some good facts about this places It's a really good apartment yall I used to live here first apartment ever moved into here everyone nice maintenance are great the leasing off is awesome any problems they fix it in a snap! If you like big space kitchen bedroom living rooms with your own wash and dryer excellent! this is for you! thank you Chateaul Village and deer view for your time and for letting us live here for the last 14 months we will miss this place but glad to find a new home enjoy the new residency as we continue our new chapter at our new home farewell❤

I have been in my apartment for about 2 weeks and love it. When I walked in it was very clean as if everything in my apartment was brand new. If it wasn't new I would like to say the cleaning team did a great job. I'm on the 2nd floor and I rarely hear my neighbors. It's quiet and everyone stays to themselves. Be just remember you can't chose your neighbores. Hallways are clean. The maintenance team fixes things with 24 hours and are very friendly. Claudia and Charity in the front office are both very helpful, warm welcoming and friendly. I would definitely give this complex a 5 star and will be referring anyone I can!!!
