I’m not sure what this guys issue is but I was referred to him as a small business owner and he said sorry can’t help you after a 2 minute conversation. He’s very rude. I guess he assumed I was fishing for a CPA to get me “specific results” when I was just trying to find a CPA in general because I’m an inexperienced filer with an llc who was misguided my first year of filing. Didn’t even give me a chance just sent me on my way. He was very short rude and impersonal.

We have used him for years his customer service has gone down hill and charges an arm and a leg for simple tax returns and he charged $170 for my siblings when they had a few numbers to input when we didn’t ask him to do theirs. He has turned into a scam artist my whole family will not use him again
