I called this team and got an appointment the same day. They called me 30 minutes before arriving, and they were on time. Ryan, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. He found and fixed the problem quickly, ran tests, and made adjustments to ensure my HVAC system was working well. Ryan also upgraded my filter without charging extra. Since no parts were needed, I only paid a small service fee. I'll definitely call Americool again in the future.

The team did a great job, working efficiently even during a heavy rainstorm. They set up a canopy to protect the work area and cleaned up so well afterward that you couldn't tell they had been there. The installation looks fantastic!
