Customers appreciate the clean and well-maintained facility. The eye exams are thorough, and the staff, such as Amber and Annette, are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Customers feel comfortable and have their questions and concerns addressed respectfully during the visits.
I absolutely had a wonderful experience here! I don’t understand why people are commenting what that are. The front desk people were extremely nice and checked me in very quickly! Dr. Angela Taylor was extremely kind which made me so comfortable! Mariah also helped me at the end getting glasses and she was also absolutely wonderful! I’m so glad my insurance recommended me to here! I wish I could give more stars they deserve it!
Firstly, I want to start by saying how wonderful the staff is! From the front desk to the optometrist and the opticians, everyone was so accommodating to both myself and my mom and stepdad. I ordered a new pair of glasses along with new lenses, and they turned out great.
At my previous eye place, the lenses were not the best—but with my RX Optical lenses and glasses, the difference is incredible. There’s no star bursting with traffic lights, ceiling lights, or really any lights now. Before, even with anti-reflective coating, I always saw star bursting, so this has been a huge improvement.

Dr. Swanson and Dr. Taylor do an excellent job attending to our eye health. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. They make sure that you are apprised of all the information you need about your prescription and eye condition.
April does a wonderful job making sure that the products and prescription are ordered and diligently works on affordability. 100% satisfied!
