“I lost my glasses a couple weeks ago. I needed a new Optomi...optim....eye Doctor.Being from another state, in an area I am unfamiliar with, I needed to find someone local, that was good. So many choices on google, but where to go?I picked one, and drove there. I arrived and was greeted....by THE GRINCH! I was handed an onion when I arrived by said Grinch. Finally, a place that truly gets me!Seriously, every single one of these ladies in this office were kind, smiling, even laughing at my horrible jokes. I was truly surprised and pleased I was able to find such a wonderful office to visit.Austin, Tabitha, Krystal, Yvonne, Sydney, Emma, The Grinch. Thank you for being so awesome, patient, and extremely helpful.The icing on the cake? Dr. Navreet Singh administered my exam, and took the time to ensure I was clear. She was patient, and explained some things to me that I did not know about my own eyes.This is the place you want to go. These ladies know what they are doing, and they love their jobs.Take my word for it. I would HIGHLY recommend AMERICAS BEST-WOODHAVEN to YOU. I would not go anywhere else after this.“

Dr Phillips saw my name then asked if I was any relation to my grandfather who had been deceased many years. I confirmed that I was his grandson, then he proceeded to tell me a funny story about my grandfather that exactly encompassed my grandfather's sense of humor. I get the sense that this is not just a job for these people - they actually care about their patients.“

“First off Robert the glass technician did a great job in finding frames for us. It was a speedy process.Our Eye Dr. Lauren was fantastic took the time to explain everything and made me feel like a true customer.Now the reason for 3 stars. It's not the doctors fault or Roberts its whoever is in charge of following up on the order. She waited 3 weeks for her glasses and now today they say they don't have it in stock. So now we have to go in and look for another frame and wait 3 MORE WEEKS! This is how you loose customers, as no one wants to accept the screw-up!Once this is resolved for both parties I will come in and change the rating!P.S. I hope they don't try to use Covid Excuse!UPDATE: Want to thank Robert for clearing everything up. I changed the star rating to 5,“

He crunched numbers since my insurance already paid for the initial glasses, that I asked to go to single lens from the way the Rx was written. I wasn’t explained that when I 1st asked to do this.
